First steps

The home page is TOCAA's public door - everyone sees it before logging in, in their own language. One card: you log in if you're already inside, or you get started if you're not yet (Log in, User registration).

When your country is full

Log in

1. 1Your e-mail and password - too many failed tries lock the account for a while.

User registration

1. 1Your new account gets its public address from the @handle - e.g. /@emma-clarke - and that is where others find you (Your profile).
2. 2Set your password - minimum 8 characters, typed twice.
3. 3Date of birth - checked against your country's minimum age before the account can activate (First steps).

The step after you click the e-mail link - exactly the same whether you came from the system pool on Get started or with an invitation code from a member (First steps, Invite a person). Name, password and date of birth - your address and country are already set.

Registering a company, public institution, journalist or politician

1. 1You register a company, a public institution, a journalist or a politician with a BIZ- code from the user who invited them (Invite a company).

Report Centre

1. 158 language versions - the regulations and this page are in the official languages of TOCAA's countries (Regulations). Unfold the bar to see which language applies in which country. The portal interface itself speaks 87 languages.
2. 2A report belongs to a country - here you see which country you are filing it for; the form, the verifier queue and the reference are tied to that country.
3. 3Without an account you can report illegal content, personal safety, intellectual property, accessibility, a public authority matter and “something else”.
4. 4Purchases, privacy and appeals ask you to log in - the case arrives with your account's context attached (Log in).

Your country's wall

1. 1DEMO shows a filled preview - how the tab looks with content. The switch next to it flips to LIVE, the real posts from your country, and in profile settings (“Hide the DEMO/LIVE switch”) you can hide it for good and stay in LIVE (Settings).
2. 2Invite a company - from here you send the BIZ- code that registers a company, public institution, politician or journalist (Invite a company, Registering a company, public institution, journalist or politician).
3. 3People - the directory of people from your country (Meet people in your country).
4. 4Countries - from here you pick the country whose wall you read (Choose your country); all 249 are on offer (Reach every country).
5. 5Invite a person - an invitation code for a new user (Invite a person, User registration).
6. 6Search - you type in your language and TOCAA searches by meaning, not by word: it finds people, companies, products, multimedia and posts described in any of the 87 languages (TOCAA search). Suggestions appear at once, and “Advanced search” narrows down to a category and to one of the 249 countries.
7. 7Saved and scheduled posts - you come back to them from here; saved ones you read later, scheduled ones go out at their hour.
8. 8You can block or mute someone - a blocked person won't see you and can't write to you, a muted one disappears from your feed without knowing. Both lists live here (Blocked & muted).

The wall is your country's public feed - posts from people, companies, politicians and journalists from here, newest on top. In DEMO it is a filled preview; in LIVE it shows real posts from your country. You publish here, react, and follow what the country is talking about.

Your country's shop

1. 1The cross closes the country shop you are looking at and puts you back on its wall - the same in every one of the 249 countries (Your country's wall).
2. 2Categories - this is where you go into a section and a shelf (Browse by category); the number of listings appears beside each one.
3. 3Search inside the shop itself - by the name and the description of a product, within this country.
4. 4Your country's currency. On a delivery from another country, duty and tax are worked out up front, before you pay.
5. 5Sorting: newest, price low to high, price high to low, top rated. Top rated orders by the average of the reviews, and price by the one you actually pay, so an offer with a discount lands where it belongs.
6. 6Grid or list - the same thing, two ways of looking at it.
7. 7Basket (Your basket). You buy with protection: the money waits 14 days and only then goes to the seller.

The shop is your country's marketplace - listings from companies that sell here, priced in your country's currency. In DEMO a sample product sits on the shelf so the tab is not empty, while the sections and “Popular in your country” already show real listings; in LIVE only real listings remain the moment companies start selling. The price in green is the price you pay.

Browse by category

1. 1The category filter - it narrows the shop to one shelf. The number beside it says how many listings stand on it.

Go into a category and the shop shows only its listings and opens the filters at the side (Your country's shop).

Product card

1. 1The price of the product.
2. 2Before you pay, the card checks trade law between the seller's country and yours. A ban is a ban: you can't buy, and the card gives the reason, the source and the date checked. A restriction shows a warning and the conditions.
3. 3Payment protection - the money waits before it reaches the seller.
4. 4Reviews from buyers who really bought this product - with the rating breakdown and a filter: all, positive, negative.
5. 5The legal facts for your country: tax, returns, warranty, data protection. When buying from another country also the duty and the trade agreement between the countries - per the registers, with the source. A ban comes first.

The product card: the price, trade law between countries, buyer reviews with a filter, and the legal facts for your country. In this example: goods that international law does not allow to be shipped abroad.

Your basket

1. 1Change the quantity - stock warnings react live.

Checkout

1. 1Recipient details: name, street, second address line, city, postcode, country from the list of 249 countries and a phone number for the courier. The address is remembered for next time.
2. 2The couriers of the seller's country, each with a price and a promised date. You choose.
3. 3Payment: Pay from your TOCAA balance if the balance covers the whole order in that currency, or with a verified payment method - the one you confirmed when you registered (Your money in one place). The balance and the method do not mix: you pay the whole order one way.
4. 4The full summary with VAT, duty and shipping before you place the order.

Checkout is four steps on one page: recipient details, courier, payment, including from your TOCAA balance, and the full summary (Your money in one place). What you type here the seller sees in the same form in their panel, in Orders, and ships the parcel from it (Orders).

Order placed

1. 1The order number, right under the confirmation. The same number stands on the list of your orders and on the invoice, and the seller finds your purchase by it (My orders, Orders).
2. 2Shipping to - the name and address you gave when you placed the order (Checkout).
3. 3Shipping method - the courier you chose at checkout (Checkout); this is who carries the parcel and whose tracking you follow (Parcel tracking).
4. 4Payment method - your TOCAA balance or the payment method you verified when you registered (Your money in one place, Identity and payment). TOCAA takes payment in no other way.
5. 5Continue shopping - you go back to the shop and the order stays exactly where it is (Your country's shop).
6. 6Track your order - the road of the parcel, step by step, with the courier number (Parcel tracking).
7. 7View invoice - the document for this one order, available after delivery; ready to save or print.
8. 8Pay from your TOCAA balance - shown when the balance covers the whole amount in this currency; one click and the order is paid (Your money in one place).
9. 9Pay with your verified method - the one you verified when you registered (Identity and payment); it is the only way TOCAA takes payment outside the balance (Checkout).
10. 10Cancel order - possible until the seller sends the parcel; after that a return takes its place (Returns).
11. 11Ask about this order - a message to the seller about this very purchase; the answer comes back in your shop conversations (Shop conversations).
12. 12Open a complaint - when something is wrong with the order (Returns). The complaint is filed against this order and the seller answers in the same conversation (Shop conversations).

The order page holds the whole purchase in one place: the confirmation with the order number, the status line, where it goes and how it was paid, the items with the full reckoning, the amount due next to your TOCAA balance, and every button you need - pay, track, invoice, cancel, ask the seller or open a complaint (Your money in one place, Parcel tracking, Shop conversations).

My orders

1. 1Order - the number of that order. In DEMO the numbers begin with DEMO-, in LIVE it is the number of your own order, the same one the seller and the invoice carry (Orders, Invoices).
2. 2Placed at - when you placed the order. The newest order stands at the top.
3. 3Items - how many items that one order holds; one order may carry several products from the same seller (Your basket).
4. 4Courier - the carrier that takes the parcel, the one chosen at checkout (Checkout).
5. 5Total - what you paid for that order, in the currency of the shop country, delivery included.
6. 6Status - placed, paid, shipped, delivered or cancelled. It is written by what the seller does, so you and the seller read the same line (Orders).
7. 7The actions in a row: View opens the order, Track follows the parcel and, after delivery, Invoice downloads the document (Order placed, Parcel tracking). Track is not shown for a cancelled order, because there is nothing left to follow.

Shop, My orders: every purchase on one list, six columns and the actions in each row: View, Track and, after delivery, Invoice as well. The status is the same truth the seller sees, and it changes the moment they act (Orders).

Parcel tracking

1. 1The parcel number at the courier.

Your country’s Multimedia

1. 1The country's multimedia are the files published to this country's wall — they arrive here straight from it (Your country's wall). What you publish on your own wall stays on your profile, unless you choose the country's wall (Your wall).
2. 2Filter: photos only, or films only.
3. 3International rotation — switch the stream to another country's multimedia.

The Multimedia tab is your country's public stream of photos and films — everything that arrived here from this country's wall, newest first (Your country's wall). Your private library lives on your profile, separately (Your profile).

Private messages, any language

1. 1The notification bell - turns the sound and alerts about new messages on and off.
2. 2All — every private and group conversation of yours in one place; shop conversations have their own tab (Shop conversations).
3. 3People — messages coming from the Meet people tab (if you joined it) (Meet people in your country); conversations with friends are under All (Your network in the Friends tab).
4. 4Groups — here you start groups with your friends and talk in them (Your network in the Friends tab).
5. 5Shop — shop communication: buyer-seller conversations (Your country's shop, Shop conversations).
6. 6From the conversation header you jump straight to the person's profile in People (Visiting someone's profile).

From now on there are no borders: you write to people in other countries and trade internationally as easily as with a neighbour. You message your friends and start groups with them, you receive messages from the People tab — meet people from every country — and messages from the Shop (Your network in the Friends tab, Meet people in your country, Shop conversations). You buy, sell and meet people writing only in your own language.

The Shop keeps buyer-seller conversations apart from the social ones (Your country's shop, Private messages, any language).

The country's companies

1. 1Adding a company or public institution is free; commission touches only paid services or sales (Invite a company, Registering a company, public institution, journalist or politician).
2. 2Every company and public institution belongs to one of 629 business activities, in 21 sections.
3. 3Search any activity to jump to it - works in every language.
4. 4Open a category to see every company and institution listed on it.

The Companies tab is the business directory in every country - every company and public institution here, sorted into 629 activities across 21 sections. Adding a company or public institution is free (Invite a company, Registering a company, public institution, journalist or politician); commission applies only when someone pays for a service or earns on sales or adverts. Open a category to see who is listed.

Your money in one place

1. 1Finances is your personal wallet, separate from the finances of a company, a politician or a journalist (Your company’s money, Campaign finances). The DEMO badge means sample figures; your real balance replaces them once money starts moving.
2. 2Available balance: what you can withdraw right now, or spend in the shop by paying from your balance instead of by card (Withdraw, Checkout).
3. 3Total expenses: the sum of your withdrawals, processing and completed, plus shop purchases paid from your balance (Withdraw, Checkout).
4. 4Total commissions: the sum of the micro-commissions from the people and companies you invited and of your advertising earnings (Micro-commissions, Invited); Total earned adds bonuses on top of that.
5. 5Pending: the amounts you asked to be paid out that have not left your account yet (Withdraw).
6. 6Total earned: everything you have earned from the start, in your country’s currency.
7. 7Shop spending: what you have spent buying in the shop (Your country's shop).
8. 8Withdrawals: what has already been paid out to your bank account or to another payment provider available in your country (Withdraw).

10. 10Micro-commissions: every amount day by day, from whom and from which source, to six decimal places.
11. 11Withdraw: you ask for an amount no smaller than your country’s minimum; the withdrawal is rounded down to 0.1 and the remainder stays on your balance. The amount moves from Available now to Pending; a withdrawal that, together with your withdrawals over the last 30 days, crosses your country’s threshold waits for a check before it goes out.
12. 12Transactions: every amount in and out, with a filter by type and a search.
13. 13Invited: who you invited and how much you earned through each of them.
14. 14Where your money comes from: earnings by source for a week, a month or a year; Best earner is the source with the largest amount. Everything is counted and booked to 0.000001; the tiles only round to 0.01 on screen.

Finances is your personal wallet: your balance, your earnings and every amount coming in and going out, in your country’s currency. As a person you earn from the people and companies you invited: their shop and advertising activity pays you a micro-commission by fixed rules, read straight from the ledger and never estimated (Invite a person, Invite a company, Micro-commissions, Transactions). A company, politician or journalist account keeps its own, separate finances (Your company’s money, Campaign finances).

Micro-commissions

1. 1Where your money goes: Shop spending, that is your purchases, including those paid from your balance, and Withdrawals already paid out (Checkout, Withdraw).
2. 2Micro-commissions, day by day: each day has a total, and under it the rows: the person the commission comes from, the source (click ad, video ad, banner view, shop sale) and the amount to six decimals (Invited).

Micro-commissions show every tiny commission day by day: from whom, for what and exactly how much, to six decimal places, so nothing disappears in the rounding (Invited).

Withdraw

1. 1Amount in your country’s currency: no less than your country’s minimum and no more than your Available balance. You enter any amount, and the withdrawal goes out in steps of 0.1.
2. 2Method: the list depends on your country - bank transfer and card everywhere, SEPA transfer where it works.
3. 3Request withdrawal: the amount leaves your Available balance at once and appears in Pending (Your money in one place).
4. 4The rules under the form: your country’s minimum and the 0.1 withdrawal step — nothing below the last tenth is lost, the remainder waits on your balance for the next withdrawal.
5. 5Payout activity: Completed payouts, the money already with you, Processing, requested and on its way, and Returned / rejected, if a transfer came back (Transactions).

Withdraw turns your balance into money in your account: you enter the amount, choose the method and request it. The amount moves from available to pending, and the withdrawal goes out in steps of 0.1 — the remainder stays on your balance and is added to your next withdrawal (Your money in one place).

Transactions

1. 1Search transactions… searches by description or by person, and next to it you filter by type: All, Referral commissions, Withdrawals, Bonuses — then Apply.
2. 2Download my data (GDPR): your whole ledger in one file (Your Data).
3. 3Every row says WHAT the amount was for (for example a micro-commission from video ads or from a shop sale) and WHOSE activity produced it — the person’s name stands next to the kind (Invited). The coloured dot and the bar on the side mark the kind of entry.

Transactions is the full ledger: every entry says what the amount was for and whose activity earned it, with the balance after that entry next to it (Invited). You can search the ledger and filter it by type.

Invited

1. 1A person’s card: the name, the badge saying who they joined through — you, or someone in your network — and how many friends and companies they have (Invite a person, Invite a company). The arrow on the right opens here’s from what, their revenue by source.
2. 2You earned: your commission from that person’s activity, to six decimal places, exactly as Micro-commissions counts it.

Invited is your Financial friends — people you earn through: who joined through whom and exactly how much you have earned through each of them (Your network in the Friends tab). At the top, You joined through shows who brought you to TOCAA.

Choose your country

1. 1Countries in the top bar - this is where you open this tab.
2. 2Search for a country by name - all 249 are listed here.
3. 3Open a region to browse its countries; switch to read and shop there (The country card, Reach every country).

The Country tab is where you choose and change your sovereign node - the country you take part in TOCAA from, out of 249 countries across 8 regions. Change the country you are browsing and the shared tabs - wall, multimedia, shop, companies and people - all show that country (Reach every country, Your country’s Multimedia, Your country's shop, Your country's wall, The country's companies, Meet people in your country); you read, shop and meet people there, but you publish only on your own.

Reach every country

1. 1Switch country with the Countries button up here (Choose your country).

Change your country with the Countries button and the whole platform shows that country: its wall, multimedia, shop, companies and people (Choose your country, Your country’s Multimedia, Your country's shop, Your country's wall, The country's companies, Meet people in your country). Here you are browsing Bhutan - the same account reaches all 249 countries, not only the ones everybody knows. You read its posts, watch its media, browse and buy in its shops, and see its people. You publish only on your own country, so there is no composer while visiting. This is global reach: one account, every country.

The country card

Meet people in your country

2. 2Your connections - the people you have exchanged hearts with, both ways (The profile preview in the People tab (dating)).

Switch the People tab between a grid of cards and a compact list - the list shows each person's city, match score and the first line of their bio. The filter above the list keeps to who you are looking for.

Visiting someone's profile

Friends is your network on TOCAA - the people and companies you are connected to, split into Financial friends (people you invited, who earn you a commission) and Regular friends, plus the companies you added, your subscriptions and your followers (Invite a person, Micro-commissions, Invited). In DEMO it is filled with sample data; connect with people to replace it with your real network.

Your profile

1. 1Your wall, multimedia, notifications, settings and data.

4. 4Your roles over time, the current one marked (Career and forums).

The profile is your own page and personal centre. The card shows who you are - photo, bio, interests, work and your Friends, Companies, Subscriptions and Followers (Your network in the Friends tab). The row of tabs leads to your wall, your multimedia, your notifications, settings and your data (Your wall, Notifications, Settings, Your Data). In DEMO it is a filled preview; add your photo, bio and details to make it yours.

Your wall

1. 1Show wall — your posts; at the top the What’s happening? box for a new post, on the side Polls, Upcoming events, Articles and Forums (Forum).
2. 2Show profile — your calling card: photo, personal details, friends, companies, subscriptions and followers (Your network in the Friends tab, Your profile).
3. 3Show multimedia — your photos and videos.
4. 4Notifications — what has happened around you (Notifications).
5. 5Settings - four cards: Photo & details, Verification & payment, Security, Career & forums (Identity and payment, Security, Settings).

7. 7Blocked & muted: the card opens the list of people you blocked or muted and lets you unblock them; the same list is in Settings, under Privacy (Settings, Blocked & muted).

9. 9Polls: Create a poll — a question with answers others vote on; the result shows on your wall.
10. 10Upcoming events: Add event - title, date and place; the event appears on your wall.
11. 11Articles: Write an article — a longer text that stays on your profile.

Your wall is your own posts: the bar at the top is the six tabs of your profile, and the column on the right is the shortcuts to blocked people, forums, polls, events and articles (Your profile, Blocked & muted, Forum).

Forum

1. 1The name of the forum and, under it, the one sentence that says what it is for. The name is yours to choose; both were written when the forum was started (Career and forums).
2. 2How many people are in the forum. Only approved members count.
3. 3The field it belongs to, one of the forty - this is NOT the name. The name is free; the field only decides who the forum is suggested to (Your country's wall).
4. 4The language the forum was opened in - the language its name, its description and its posts are written in. You see it before you press Join, so you know what you are walking into.
5. 5The members, by name. Remove next to a name throws that person out of the forum; they lose the forum from their profile at once. The owner cannot remove themselves (Your wall).
6. 6Join requests - everybody who pressed Join and is waiting. Approve lets them in; until then they see the forum but read it as a visitor. The same request also reaches you in Notifications, with the same button (Notifications).

A forum is a room of its own: a name you choose freely, a field from the list, the language it was opened in, and the people inside (Career and forums). Anybody who finds it presses Join and waits for the owner (Notifications). This is the owner's view - a member sees the same page without the member list and the requests.

Notifications

1. 1The Notifications tab - you only see it on your own account, nobody else looks in here (Your profile).
2. 2New followers - each line says who started following you and how long ago. The same person immediately raises the Followers counter on your profile (Your profile).
3. 3How many people opened your profile this week - just the number, counted over the last seven days.
4. 4Who viewed your profile - this list carries NAMES. You see the person's photo and name, and a click opens their profile (Visiting someone's profile).
5. 5Next to a person who came more than once stands the number of their visits (for example 3×) — counted from the start, not just this week.
6. 6On the right, how long ago that person's LAST visit was. The list runs newest first and holds up to a hundred people.

Notifications gather what happened around you: who started following you, how many people opened your profile, and - if you run a forum - who asks to join it (Forum). Below them stands the list of those people by name.

Identity and payment

1. 1The Verification & payment card in profile settings (Settings).
2. 2Status banner: until you are verified it says Not Verified and reminds you that the methods depend on your country.
3. 3The header carries your country — the list below is the methods available there.
4. 4Card — available in every one of the 249 countries.

You confirm your identity with a payment method, never with a scan of a document: pick the method available in your country, type the account, press Save, and the account is verified straight away. The same applies to a company, a politician and a journalist account.

Settings

1. 1The Settings tab - it stands only on your own account, nobody else sees it (Your profile).
2. 2The Photo & details card - the one you are standing on; everything below belongs to it.
3. 3The Verification and payment card - where you confirm you are a real person (Identity and payment).
4. 4The Security card - password, two-step login and your devices (Two-factor authentication, Security).
5. 5The Career and forums card - your working life, and the one place where you start a forum (Career and forums).
6. 6Profile photo and cover photo - pick a file or paste a link to a picture.
7. 7Personal data - first and last name, city, hometown, relationship status, work, education, location and a few words about you.
8. 8Display preferences: the page that opens after you log in, and what a visitor sees first when they land on your profile (Your profile).
9. 9Hide the DEMO/LIVE switch - one tick and the switch disappears from the whole portal.
10. 10With the switch hidden the portal stays in LIVE mode, and you bring the switch back in this same place whenever you want.
11. 11To appear in the People tab you need two things: a profile photo and the date of birth you gave when you registered (18+) (User registration). You switch yourself on in the People tab itself, where the same place also hides you again (Meet people in your country, The profile preview in the People tab (dating)).
12. 12This is where you upload that photo - it is the one people looking for a match see.
13. 13Date of birth is shown but locked - it is set once when you register and nobody changes it afterwards, because the age gate rests on it (User registration). Age, height and what you are looking for are yours to edit, and they are what the People tab shows (Meet people in your country).
14. 14Interests - forty tiles. They decide who you really match with, and forums are suggested by them; the subject of a forum you start comes from this same list (Career and forums). Your location is never used for this.
15. 15Privacy - tick a field to hide it from everyone but you: city, hometown, relationship status, age, height, what you are looking for and your interests.

Settings is the one place for everything you set on your account: four cards along the top, and under them your photos, your personal data, what visitors see, your interests and your privacy. One Save button at the bottom saves the whole page.

Security

1. 1The Security card in profile settings (Settings).
2. 2Change Password: current password, new password and confirm new password; without the current one the change will not go through.
3. 3Two-factor authentication: the Set up two-factor authentication button opens the page with the code for your app and the backup codes (Two-factor authentication).

8. 8Sign out all other devices: one click ends every session except the one you are using right now.

Security holds the keys to your account: changing the password, the second step at sign-in, the list of devices signed in on this server with sign-out for one or for all the others at once, and the way to the people you blocked or muted (Two-factor authentication, Blocked & muted). The same applies to a company, a politician and a journalist account.

Career and forums

1. 1Settings, the Career and forums card (Settings). This is the one place where a forum is started; a company, a journalist and a politician have the same card in their own panel (Company settings).
2. 2Write in the companies and the roles you have worked in - they appear on your profile (Your profile).
3. 3Your career path so far: one line per job with the company, the role and the years. The cross on the right removes a line.
4. 4A new line: company, role, the year you started and the year you left - leave the last one empty and it reads as your present job. Add to career path puts it on the list above.
5. 5Forums - everything about forums lives in this one block, under your career path (Forum).
6. 6Your forums: the ones you run, marked owner, and the ones you belong to, including a forum that lives in another country. Click one and you are in it (Forum).
7. 7A new forum in three fields: the name people will see, which is yours to choose, the field from the list of forty - without it the forum is not created, because the field is what brings it to the right people - and one sentence of description. Create forum takes you straight into the forum you have just made, and the forum gets its own address, so you can copy it from the browser and send it to somebody (Forum).

The Career and forums card in profile Settings: here you write your working life, and HERE YOU START YOUR OWN FORUM - a person, a journalist, a politician and a company all do it in the same place (Settings, Forum, Company settings).

Your Data

1. 1The Your Data tab - the last one in the profile bar; you only see it on your own account (Your wall).
2. 2Download My Data - one click and you get a JSON file with the personal data TOCAA holds for your account.
3. 3Account Successor: you type the e-mail of somebody you trust and click Set Heir. Nothing happens while you keep using TOCAA - that person is contacted only when the account has been silent for a long time (a year, for example) or when you ask for deletion yourself.
4. 4What happens when you delete your account - read this before you click. Personal data (name, contact details, photos) is erased for good under the right to be forgotten and cannot be recovered.
5. 5Financial links are NOT personal data: your place in the referral chain and the commissions of people below you are accounting records. If you name an heir, they get a link and take over your place under their own name; if you name nobody, the place passes to your country's administration, and the commissions of people below you keep flowing (Micro-commissions, Invited).
6. 6Deleting the account: personal data goes within 30 days, financial records stay for good because the law requires it (Regulations).
7. 7Delete Account - the button only works once you type the word DELETE. After the notice period, deletion is final.

Your Data is three things in one place: a copy of everything TOCAA holds about you, the heir who takes over the account if you are gone, and deleting the account.

Blocked & muted

1. 1Your private safety lists - nobody is notified.
2. 2Blocked people cannot see you or contact you.
3. 3One click undoes it.
4. 4Muted just vanish from your feed - they never know (Your country's wall).
5. 5The same card stands beside your wall - one click on it opens this page (Your country's wall).

The card beside your wall opens it, and you block straight from a profile or a conversation (Your country's wall, Your wall, Visiting someone's profile, Private messages, any language). Your private safety lists - nobody is ever notified.

Two-factor authentication

1. 1Back — returns to the settings card you came from (Security); the same on a company, politician and journalist account.
2. 2Status OFF — you sign in with the password alone.
3. 3Enable 2FA — the portal creates a setup key for your authenticator app.
4. 4Setup key: in the app choose “add account → enter a setup key” and paste it; it works in any authenticator app.
5. 5Add to app — the link opens the app on this same device, no retyping of the key.
6. 6The six-digit code from the app; it changes every 30 seconds.
7. 7Confirm & enable — the code has to match, otherwise you see “invalid code” and type it again.
8. 8Ten one-time backup codes — save them now, they are shown only here; each lets you in once instead of the app code, letter case and the dash do not matter.
9. 9Status ON — from now on, at sign-in after the password the portal asks for the app code or a backup code (Log in).
10. 10Turn off 2FA — after confirming, sign-in goes back to the password alone and the backup codes stop working.

Two-factor authentication is a second step after the password: a code from an authenticator app or a one-time backup code. The page is the same for a person, a company, a politician and a journalist and opens from the security card in the settings (Security). The screenshot shows the card in four consecutive states: off, setup, backup codes and on.

Invite a person

1. 1Your USR- code — share it. Whoever you send it to pastes it on the home page www.tocaa.com while registering (First steps, User registration).
2. 2Signed for your country - every country has its own invitation codes.
3. 3Or have TOCAA email the invitation in your country's language.
4. 4Invitations you sent — pending ones can be revoked.
5. 5Share, they join, you earn from all their activity (Micro-commissions).
6. 6Single level — no MLM; inviting is free, you earn only on real, paid activity.

Invite a person is your own referral link. The code works only in your country - it invites only people from the country assigned to you when you registered (User registration); in another country it does nothing. Everyone who joins with it is tied to you - so you earn a commission on everything they do on TOCAA, for as long as they stay active (Micro-commissions). Inviting is free; the commission only appears on a real, paid action - when the person you invited buys in the shop or interacts with adverts (Your country's shop). It is one level - no MLM, no pyramid. The code shown in this picture is only an example and does not work.

Invite a company

Invite a company is your referral link for businesses and public institutions - any of the 629 activities, from a farmer to a hospital (The country's companies). The same code also invites politicians and journalists (Registering a company, public institution, journalist or politician). Share your BIZ- code and whoever joins with it is assigned to you, so you earn a commission on their activity - their adverts or shop sales - for as long as they stay active (Micro-commissions). The code works only in your country. Adding is free, and every invitation is checked.

Company profile

The company profile is your own page - your business card with your followers, your Team of representatives and the company information: your activity, VAT rate and legal framework, for every country. The tabs open your wall, profile, multimedia, shop, notifications, settings (with verification and payment channels inside) and your data. In DEMO the Team shows sample representatives until you add your own; the «Verified by TOCAA» badge confirms that you are real. the verified company badge confirms you are real. Everything the company profile can show, you set in its settings (Company wall, Company multimedia, Identity and payment, Company settings).

Company wall

Photos and videos the company shares publicly live here. Anyone can add multimedia publicly - then everyone who comes to the profile sees it - or privately, only for themselves (Company profile). What you publish on the country wall is what reaches the country's multimedia (Your country’s Multimedia, Your country's wall).

Company settings

Company settings have five cards: Photo & details (this page), Verification & payment, Security, Forums and Business (Identity and payment, Security, Settings - Business). The Photo & details card works like a person's, but the fields are the company's: category, website, VAT number, registered address, founded year, employees, business hours and description, plus a separate visibility of those details for visitors (Settings).

Settings - Business

1. 1The Business tab in company settings — the legal part of the profile: subsidiaries and catalogue activities (Company settings).
2. 2A subsidiary on the list: name, country, legal scheme and registration number. The entry sits in the parent company's country database.
3. 3Remove — the subsidiary leaves the list; the row stays as dissolved, so the group history is not lost.
4. 4A new subsidiary: name, registration number, country (two-letter ISO) and legal scheme, for example GmbH or SARL; the TOCAA identifier is minted by core.
5. 5Add subsidiary — the entry goes into your own country database.
6. 6Company activities: one entry per activity from the catalogue — the company appears under each of them in the Companies catalogue (The country's companies).

8. 8Politician — no activities; here you write your mandate (office, party, constituency, term), it shows in the profile information, and after verification you post in the Politicians tab on the country wall (Identity and payment).

Business is the legal part of a company profile: subsidiaries with their country and legal scheme, and the catalogue activities the company files under in the Companies catalogue (The country's companies). A politician records their mandate here.

Company shop

1. 1Back to the company profile — the storefront and the profile are the same company, just two pages (Company profile).
2. 2The company name with the “Verified by TOCAA” badge (Identity and payment).
3. 3The number of listings in the storefront — only listings set to active are counted.
4. 4The company's departments — your activities from the 629 catalogue (Settings - Business); people look for companies by those same categories in the country's catalogue, and the Shop badge takes them straight from there into this department (The country's companies).
5. 5The number on a department says how many listings it holds; clicking it leaves that department alone, with Clear next to it.
6. 6The department on the listing — the same name as on the pill, in your own language.
7. 7The price in the currency of the country the shop stands in; buying from another country converts the amount into yours (Checkout).

The company shop is its own storefront inside the shop of the country where the company is registered: every listing in one place, arranged into departments — what the company actually does (Settings - Business). You get here with the Show shop tab on the company profile or with the Shop badge in the country's company catalogue (The country's companies); a journalist account works the same way. The storefront is visible to everyone, and you can sell once the shop subscription is paid (Shop subscription).

Your seller back-office

1. 1The shop needs an active subscription. Until you buy it in the Advertisements tab, you see a preview with sample data and the «Subscribe to activate» button (Shop subscription).
2. 2Dashboard: the desk with what needs doing today and the recent activity.
3. 3Settings: handling time, return window, dispatch origin and the shipping and returns policies buyers see.
4. 4Brand: the brand is the name you type in the offer's Brand field (Brand); TOCAA does not verify brands and gives no badges, the seller is verified by the payment channel. Reports of counterfeits and breaches go here too.

The Shop panel is your seller back-office: listings, orders, fulfilment, sales, payouts, reviews, returns and promotions, all in one place (Listings, Orders, Sales, Payouts, Reviews, Returns, Promotions). Every figure is live from your shop; nothing is estimated. The shop needs an active subscription; in DEMO you see sample data with a Subscribe to activate button, replaced by your real data once you start selling (Shop subscription).

Settings

1. 1Handling time (days to dispatch) and return window (days). The buyer sees them on the Product card, and the delivery date in the Checkout counts your handling time plus the courier's time.
2. 2Dispatch country and shipping policy: where from and how you ship. Written once, it applies to every listing and shows on the Product card.
3. 3Returns policy and saving. In DEMO saving is only a preview; live it saves at once, and the subscription is needed only for selling (Shop subscription).

Settings are your shop's promises: handling time, dispatch country, return window and policies. Everything you save here the buyer sees on your products and in the checkout (Product card, Checkout).

Brand

1. 1Brands on your listings: the names from the Brand field of your products, with the number of listings next to each; you change them in Listings.
2. 2Counterfeits and infringements: a buyer reports from the product page, a rights owner reports without an account in the Report Centre (trademark, copyright, counterfeit goods) (Report Centre); your country handles the case.
3. 3Open the Report Centre: the same channel as for every report in TOCAA; the case goes to your country's moderation register and is seen by the country admin, not by other sellers.

The brand is the name you type in the Brand field of a product in Listings. TOCAA does not verify brands and issues no badges; the seller is verified by the payment channel. Here you see which brands you use on your listings and where a counterfeit report goes (Identity and payment, Report Centre).

Listings

1. 1New listing opens the full product form: photos, condition, brand, identifiers, variants, weight and dimensions, warranty.
2. 2You set the stock straight from the list and click Set; warnings show low and zero stock.
3. 3You switch a listing's status between Active, Hidden and Sold out, then click Apply.
4. 4Edit, Duplicate or Delete: three buttons next to every listing.

Listings are your full catalogue - every product with its price, the sale price from the «Sale price (optional)» field of the listing form, condition, stock and status in one list. Percentage discounts from Promotions lower the price for the buyer, but they do not show in this list (Promotions).

Promotions

1. 1New deal: you choose a Product from the list of your listings and a Discount % from 1 to 90 (Listings).
2. 2Runs for: 1, 3, 7, 14 or 30 days. After that the promotion expires by itself and the regular price returns.
3. 3Pause stops a running promotion, Resume brings it back; expired ones stay on the list marked Expired.

Promotions are price cuts on your products: you choose a product, a discount and a duration and click Start deal. The buyer sees the promotional price on the product card and in the basket, and here you see the list of promotions with their duration (the Listings list shows the price from the «Sale price (optional)» field, not the discount from a promotion) (Product card, Listings).

Orders

1. 1Filter by status: All, Paid, Shipped, Delivered, Cancelled, Refunded; the counters are live.
2. 2Ship a paid order - you enter the tracking number and the estimated time and click Confirm shipment; Cancel works while the order is Placed or Paid, that is before shipping.
3. 3Tracking and the estimated time stay on the order; the buyer sees them in Your orders and in Parcel tracking.
4. 4Refund after shipping or delivery; disputes and returns of goods you handle in Returns; after Delivered the money goes to Payouts.

Orders are your fulfilment line: every purchase passes Paid, Shipped, Delivered, with actions at each step. Ship to shows exactly what the buyer typed in the Checkout: recipient, address, phone for the courier and the chosen courier.

Returns

1. 1Claim: order number, claimed amount and the Buyer's evidence link; status Open, Escalated, Resolved, Declined or Refunded.
2. 2Resolve opens three ways out: Respond with a note, Refund the buyer or Decline; your note stays with the claim, and a refund sets the order to Refunded in Orders.
3. 3Claim resolved: the status Resolved, Refunded or Declined and your note stay with the claim; the buyer sees the outcome next to their order in Your orders.

Returns are buyers' claims: the buyer opens one next to an order in Your orders while it is Placed, Paid, Shipped or Delivered; you see the amount and the evidence, respond and resolve.

Sales

1. 1Your net after the 10% commission: what really lands with you, the amounts from delivered orders, released after 14 days of escrow and visible in Payouts.
2. 2The last 14 days at a glance.
3. 3Best sellers: the five products with the highest revenue.
4. 4By category: each category's revenue with a share bar.

Sales shows what you really earn: Gross sales and Your net after the 10% commission, live from your shop (Payouts); orders count once they are Paid, Shipped or Delivered (Orders).

Reviews

1. 1The spread of your ratings: the average and the count, the same figures Health shows.
2. 2Verified buyer: only a buyer whose order is Delivered can write a review, one per product (Orders); Your reply sits under their review (Product card).
3. 3Reply: one public reply per review; Edit reply changes it at any time.

Reviews gathers every rating into a histogram: each one comes from a Verified buyer with a Delivered order, and you reply to each; Your reply appears under the review on the product card.

Health

1. 1One score out of 100 with a status: Excellent from 85, Good from 70, Fair from 50, below that At risk. Only you see it.
2. 2Fulfilment: how many orders you delivered out of those not cancelled (Orders); weight 30%.
3. 3Cancellations: how many orders were cancelled out of all (Orders); weight 20%.
4. 4Return rate - how many fulfilled orders (Paid, Shipped, Delivered, Refunded) have a return claim (Returns); weight 20%.
5. 5Avg rating: the average of your reviews and their count, the same as in Reviews; weight 20%.
6. 6Message response: how many buyer messages got a reply in your business inbox (100% when there were none); weight 10%.
7. 7Delivered orders: a plain count, it does not feed the score (Orders).

Health is your seller scorecard: one score out of 100, computed live from your shop out of five tiles.

Payouts

1. 1Released to you: money that is already yours, deposits past their 14 days, released automatically (Your company’s money).
2. 2In escrow: revenue from Delivered orders waits 14 days from the delivery confirmation (Orders); an open dispute holds the release (Returns).
3. 3Your net total = Released to you + In escrow, already after the commission; the same figure as in Sales.
4. 4Commission (10%): what TOCAA took from your delivered orders, calculated on the price without VAT (Orders).
5. 5Open Finances: the full ledger and the transfer in Your company’s money.
6. 6Where the 10% commission goes: Seller’s inviter 20%, Inviter’s inviter 5%, Buyer’s inviter 15%, Country admin 10%, TOCAA Ltd 50%; when there is no inviter, that share goes to the Country admin.

Payouts answer one question: where is my money and how much of it went to commission.

Buy advertising

1. 1Ad basket: collect packages from different tiles and pay once for all of them (Ad basket).
2. 2Your total ad spend in your currency (Your company’s money).
3. 3Banner views: you pay for packages of banner views.
4. 4Click banners: you pay only for a click that leads to your shop or site.
5. 5Video: packages of completed views (5, 10, 15, 20 s). Every second watched counts, and the viewer receives that same share.
6. 6Gold: you set the budget, TOCAA calculates the number of views at your country's rate.
7. 7Shop subscription: not an ad, it unlocks selling in your shop for 1, 6 or 12 months (Shop subscription). Politicians do not have it.
8. 8Your campaigns: kind, what it promotes and status (active, paused).

Advertising is where you promote your product at your country's prices. Choose banner views (CPM), click banners (CPC), video packages or Gold, where you set the budget and TOCAA calculates the views. Journalists and politicians have the same panel.

Advertise in any country

1. 1Your ad basket: the count of packages you set aside; each item runs in its own country, you pay once in your currency and every campaign starts on its own market (Ad basket).
2. 2Advertise in: the list of all 249 countries. In your own country nothing changes. Another country: you pick it from the list and pay that country’s rate plus the 10% cross-border surcharge; every further country is a separate package in the Ad basket.
3. 3Show prices in: the target country or my currency; next to it the cross-border +10% tag, visible before you build anything. The surcharge goes to the admin of the country you advertise in.

Ad basket

1. 1Attach a file to launch this line: each line is one campaign in one country, priced at that country’s rates (Advertise in any country); Remove takes it out of the basket.
2. 2Attach your file (image / video) + target: a name, the file or a link to the creative, the click target (your own website or your TOCAA shop / a product); Save creative marks the line as ready.

Your ad basket gathers packages from many countries: each line runs in its own country, you pay once in your currency, and every campaign activates in its own market (Advertise in any country).

Ads checkout

1. 1Net, the digital services fee at the rate of the campaign's country and VAT - nothing hidden; for a foreign country also a cross-border surcharge of +10 %.

Checkout breaks the price down to zero: net, the digital services fee at the rate of the campaign's country (in GB 2 %, elsewhere a different rate or none), for a campaign in a foreign country a cross-border surcharge of +10 % for its administrator, and that country's VAT - all paid from the TOCAA company balance, with no card (Your company’s money).

Shop subscription

1. 1The commission is a fixed 10% of the net price of every product sold, without VAT and taxes: a company sells for 100 and keeps 90. The sale amount waits 14 days in escrow and reaches you through Payouts.
2. 2How the 10% is split: 20% to the person who added your company, 5% to whoever added that person, 15% to whoever added the buyer, 10% to the country admin, 50% to TOCAA (Invite a company, Invite a person). 40% of the commission, 4 of every 10, goes back to the portal’s users (Micro-commissions).
3. 3A sale to a buyer in another country, outside a shared trade area, adds a surcharge of 10% of the commission, 1% of the price, to the order for the admin handling the international transaction: 11% in total, never 20%.
4. 4Choose & pay: Commercial shop for 1, 6 or 12 months, then Accept & pay (Checkout). The prices on the screenshot are examples: every country has its own price in its own currency.

The shop subscription unlocks selling: it is not an ad. Adding your company is always free; you pay only for the ability to sell in your country’s shop (Your seller back-office, Registering a company, public institution, journalist or politician).

Your company’s money

1. 1Company finances: your company’s wallet, separate from any personal account: what you earned, what you spent on ads, your balance.
2. 2Earned: revenue from shop sales after the 10% commission, already released after 14 days; the same as Released to you in Payouts.
3. 3Spent on ads: what you paid for advertising packages and subscriptions (Buy advertising).

Invoices

1. 1Download CSV exports this period's invoices for your bookkeeping: number, date, buyer and country, order, description, net, VAT rate and amount, gross, currency, status.
2. 2PDF opens the invoice as a document to print or save; Submit changes the status from Issued to Submitted.

Company account → Finances (sidebar) → Invoices tab: the list appears after the first delivered order, in DEMO with sample invoices. Invoices are your paper trail: for every delivered order an invoice is issued in your name (with your company's details), in the currency of the order and with the VAT rate charged in the order (Orders).

Ad analytics

1. 1Video campaigns, real watch time: for each campaign the Type (Reach or Video), Avg watched, Completed / Partial, Watch time in seconds, Budget used and Status (Active, Completed, Exhausted, Paused).
2. 2Ad budget, how each package draws down: the bar with Spent and Left, impressions against the plan and plays; 100% means the package is fully delivered (Packages).
3. 3Where your ads were seen, by country: how many times people in each country saw your ads; reach and prices are set per country (Advertise in any country).

Ad analytics shows what your campaigns really did: watch time, how much of each package budget is used, and the countries where the ads were seen (Buy advertising, Packages, Advertise in any country).

Packages

1. 1Packages: the tab in Company finances next to Overview, Invoices and Ad analytics (Invoices, Ad analytics).
2. 2Package: the name of the ad package or subscription you bought, e.g. a reach package or a video spot (Buy advertising, Shop subscription).
3. 3Paid: the price of the package in your currency; these amounts add up to the Spent on ads tile (Your company’s money).

Packages is the list of what your company bought for advertising: every package and every subscription with its price and date (Buy advertising, Shop subscription).

Messages

1. 1Messages: your company’s business inbox, separate from any personal account and from private messages: buyers’ questions and automated updates, not chat.
2. 2Unread and Total, next to them the three types: Product questions · Order updates · System.
3. 3A message row: From (the buyer or TOCAA) with the country flag and the cross-border tag when the buyer is in a different country than your shop; Subject with the text, Type, When; Mark read and Reply underneath.

Company messages is your business inbox: buyers’ product questions and automated order messages (Product card, Orders). Business contact across countries, continents and languages has always been a chasm; here it is friendly and revolutionary in its simplicity: the buyer writes in their language, you read and reply in yours. TOCAA translates on the spot, within a dozen seconds of sending, in every portal language, and the original stays visible.

Publishing as a politician

1. 1A verified politician sees the box for adding posts (Identity and payment).

A verified politician publishes in the Politicians tab, in their own country: text, photo, video and a scheduled date (Identity and payment). Nobody but politicians can add posts here.

Campaign finances

1. 1How much your campaigns cost: the total paid for packages. A politician buys them only in their own country (Buy advertising).
2. 2Your country's public fund, fed by platform contributions and visible to every public-office account.
3. 3Spend and results: how much you spent and how many people watched (Ad analytics).

Politician finances is your wallet as a politician: what your campaigns cost and what your account holds, for your country. The figures are read straight from your ledger, real and never estimated. In DEMO you see sample figures; your real spend and transactions replace them as money moves.

Ad analytics

1. 1How much you spent on your ad campaigns. You buy campaigns in the Advertisements tab; here you see what came of them (Campaign finances, Buy advertising).
2. 2Your campaigns: how many people really watched, how many complete and partial views, how much of the budget is used.
3. 3The budget bar of each package: spent, delivered against the plan and what is left.

Publishing as a journalist

A verified journalist publishes in the Journalists tab, in their own country: text, photo, video and a scheduled date (Identity and payment). Nobody but journalists can add posts here.

Your shop

1. 1Shop panel appears in the journalist's menu but works only after buying the shop subscription (Your seller back-office, Shop subscription). Without it, it is locked.

A journalist can run a shop after buying the shop subscription in the Advertisements tab (Shop subscription, Buy advertising). The shop and the back-office work the same as for a company: see Shop panel and Shop.

TOCAA search

1. 1The search field sits in the top bar on every tab - suggestions appear as you type.
2. 2Search by meaning, not by word - type in your language and it finds what was described in any of the 87 languages.
3. 3Advanced search - you unfold it when you want to narrow the results.
4. 4Category - people, companies, products, multimedia or posts; all by default (Meet people in your country, The country's companies, Your country's shop, Your country’s Multimedia, Your country's wall).
5. 5Country - one of 249, or all at once.
6. 6Results with a label saying which tab they come from - you click and you are there.

The search works by meaning, not by word - you type in your language and TOCAA finds what was described in any of the 87 languages, across 249 countries.
